Yes. ThreeBNB is the new name for the business that operated as Modern Host BNB. Same ownership, same Calgary-based team, same properties under management, and the same flat 15% all-in management fee. We rebranded to ThreeBNB and moved onto our own property-management software, Staytive.
Why did Modern Host rebrand to ThreeBNB?
We rebuilt the business around software we built in-house (Staytive) and brought every operational layer — cleaning, maintenance, guest support, and compliance — under one roof. The ThreeBNB name reflects that fully integrated, one-company model. Nothing about your service, pricing, or contacts changes.
Did anything change for existing owners?
No. Your rate, your team, and your point of contact are unchanged. You now also get a real-time owner portal through Staytive instead of monthly PDF reports. If you worked with Modern Host before, you can reach us at the same phone number and email.
